Brooklyn based DNA came by one Sunday morning to file our 85th Direct-To-VInyl Office Session. The duo, featuring Daniel Townsend (guitar/vocals) and Amy Virginia Buchanan (ukulele/vocals) cruised through several takes of 2 new, previously unrecorded songs - "This One's For You" and "Farewell & Adieu".
Each of these 16 takes were cut directly to their own individual 7" vinyl record, and only one copy of each take exists.
Our limited edition lathe cut record releases are made on a modified antique record cutting lathe from the 1950's. Each record is handmade, one at a time, in real time, by a real person.
